Our Origin
Gregorios Italian Mediterranean Restaurant, started by Executive Chef Gregory and his wife Alessandra in 2006. The couple, with 2 young children at the time, brought their culinary and management skills to life after much time in the industry.
Gregory holds 45 well-seasoned years of experience tempered by the line in kitchens across New York and New Jersey. As for Alessandra, born and raised in Sicily, has offered the rich and authentic Mediterranean influence on the menu to expand the Italiqn cuisine experience. With many family trips to Sicily over the years, Gregorio’s executes their culinary creations based off current ingredients and flavor profiles that trends over in Southern Italy, with touches of Greek and Turkish flavors. With 20 years residing on Main Street, Gregorio’s strives for home-cooked style comfort dishes that are composed of combinations you won’t typically find locally. Restaurant-raised Isabella and Gregory (Daughter & Son) are in front of the house managing the dining room providing customers with a warm and familial atmosphere.
From the food, service, down to a shot of espresso, everything is created with love, passion, and hard work. The Chefs signature creations are encouraged!
